Thinking UEM Agent 的隱私權政策

Agent 用途

  1. 讓使用者註冊到 Thinking UEM 伺服器，將裝置納管於 Thinking UEM 伺服器。
  2. 接收 Thinking UEM 伺服器之指令管控裝置。

APP 收集之資訊與使用政策

使用情境1 : Work Profile

UEM Agent 在裝置上建立工作區，僅能管理工作區功能，不會影響或讀取個人區的所有功能與個人資料。

使用情境2 : Fully Managed

UEM Agent 管理公司所購買之裝置 (裝置不屬於個人)，公司可透過 UEM Agent 完全管理裝置。

使用情境3 : 相機管控

UEM Agent 以收集最少資訊之方式滿足必要之功能，收集以下資訊但不限於：

  1. 行動裝置資訊
  2. 行動裝置目前的GPS位置, 但不儲存與傳送至任何伺服器。
  3. App開關相機的時間與動作

註冊時會收集行動裝置品牌、型號、序號、MAC Address等資訊並回傳至 Thinking UEM 伺服器做紀錄。

UEM Agent 收集到GPS資訊時並不會將這些資訊回傳至 Thinking 伺服器，僅做地理位置比對是否在公司範圍內，使用完畢之後隨即將資料拋棄，不會回傳至 Thinking 伺服器或保存於行動裝置之儲存媒體。

UEM Agent 提供使用者可以自行開關行動裝置之相機，因此會將相關之資訊如使用者ID、時間、動作，但不包含地理位置回傳至 Thinking UEM 伺服器做紀錄。

UEM Agent 傳送資料之方式

UEM Agent 與 Thinking UEM 伺服器透過SSL協議將溝通之資料加密交換。

Thinking UEM Agent Privacy Policy

Purpose of the Agent

The Thinking UEM Agent is designed to:

  1. Receive commands from the Thinking UEM server to manage and control enrolled devices.
  2. Register users’ devices with the Thinking UEM server and enroll them under enterprise management.

Information Collection and Usage Policy

Scenario 1: Work Profile

The UEM Agent creates a work profile on the device and manages only the functions and data within the work profile.

The UEM Agent does not access, read, modify, or affect any functions, applications, or personal data within the user’s personal profile.

Scenario 2: Fully Managed Devices

The UEM Agent manages company-owned devices purchased and provided by the organization (the device is not personally owned).

In this scenario, the organization may use the UEM Agent to fully manage and control the device in accordance with company policies.

Scenario 3: Camera Management

The UEM Agent collects only the minimum information necessary to provide its required functionality. Information collected may include, but is not limited to:

  • Mobile device information
  • The device’s current GPS location (not stored or transmitted to any server)
  • Camera enable/disable actions and the corresponding timestamps

During device enrollment, the following information may be collected and transmitted to the Thinking UEM server for record-keeping purposes:

  • Device brand
  • Device model
  • Device serial number
  • MAC address
  • Other device identification information as required for device management

When the UEM Agent accesses GPS location information, such information is not transmitted to the Thinking UEM server.

GPS data is used solely to determine whether the device is located within the company’s designated geographic area. After the location verification process is completed, the GPS data is immediately discarded and is neither:

  • Transmitted to the Thinking UEM server; nor
  • Stored on the device’s storage media.

The UEM Agent allows users to enable or disable the device camera.

For auditing and record-keeping purposes, the following information may be transmitted to the Thinking UEM server:

  • User ID
  • Timestamp
  • Action performed (camera enabled or disabled)

Location information is not included in these records.

How Data Collected by This App is Protected and Kept Secure

Communications between the UEM Agent and the Thinking UEM server are encrypted using SSL protocols to ensure secure data transmission and exchange.
